Habitación cómoda limpia y muy bien ubicado.
El servicio y la comida del Restaurante de sobresaliente. Los camareros todos muy jóvenes y con muchas ganas de trabajar.Destacar un camarero muy simpático,amable,muy gracioso porque intentaba decirnos algunas palabras en español y se desvivia para que no nos faltase de nada.Cuando vuelva a Gante volveré al mismo Hotel.

A little disappointed with the cleanliness of the penthouse room when we arrived. Multiple hairs left in the bedding, lots of dust in the shelves.

The hotel also took a 250 euro pre-authorisation on my card which made it then impossible to use my card in Ghent and had to use a Credit card. I have no issue with a deposit but 250 is excessive which had a hold on my card. I had paid for the room in full prior to staying and my card was on file.

Bar and breakfast were very good. The rooftop bar was also very good.

The hotel room I would say needs some touch up redecorating. Door frames all cracked, lots of marks on the wall.
Balcony was perfect.

For the money I expected more but overall did enjoy our stay although I wouldn’t feel obliged to recommend Yalo to any family or friends are going to Ghent.

Bardzo ładne i wygodne pokoje umeblowanie w stylu lat 70, pyszne, bogate menu zarówno śniadaniowe jak i kolacyjke, miła obsługa. Polecam. To był bardzo miły pobyt w święta Wielkanocne.

Yalo isn't just a hotspot for drinks in Gent. It's a comfy and stylish hotel, with people that ooze friendliness. The breakfast was exquisite, not just in choices, but also in product quality. A must-stay location!

Als je hier geen kamer hebt geboekt, kan je hier steeds terecht voor uitmuntende cocktails! Heel mooi interieur, unieke cocktails en leuke sfeer! Je betaald er wel wat meer voor dan op cafe, maar het is het waard!

I went to the restaurant to eat. The service is very good and friendly. The food is OK. But the DJ and his loud music not so much.. its very loud you have to shout to hear each other.. its a restaurant not a club..

Very good hotel / bar / resto combo. Cosmopolitan retro vibe situated in a fully restored old shopping mall. Atmosphere unlike any other hotel in Ghent. Food superbe. Central location. Higher price range, worth every penny.

Heerlijk hotel en restaurant in het hartje van Gent. Mooie ruime kamer die net als de rest van het hotel en restaurant zeer mooi is vormgegeven. Fijne sfeer met een mooie combinatie tussen comfort, stijl en ontspanning. Goede service en prettige medewerkers maken het helemaal af!

Cosy and beautiful boutique hotel. Clean and beautiful room with big balcony perfect for a romantic city trip in Gent or staycation in the heart of Ghent. Stayed there for a weekend and had amazing food at their restaurant. Delicious fresh food, reasonably priced and great service of hotel and restaurant staff.
