Mooie lokatie. Boutique hotel. Super knus. Soort huiskamer gevoel erbij. Lieve mensen. We hebben al in diverse kamers geslapen en alles was top. Kamer 23 is de suite. Ik denk de mooiste kamer. Met open haard. Aparte woonkamer. Alles erop.
En super ook dat je vlak van tevoren een mail krijgt met de vraag of je extra opties wilt zoals champagne op de kamer of rozenblaadjes. Dat deed het natuurlijk goed bij mijn geliefde!

The service was friendly but staff was very young. Although age is just a number, at the bar it showed the lack of experience. When our party of 7 ordered cocktails, we noticed that it was taking a long time and saw the young girl looking up the ingredients from behind the bar. After approximately 30min we received the first 3 drinks and noticed that the cocktails were not mixed in a shaker, they were also in the wrong glasses and we had no ice. We sent 1 cocktail back as it was just undrinkable. After 45min we got the other remaining drinks. When we then ordered a beer as we thought this would be quicker, she served us 1 cold one and 1 hot one?? absolutely terrible experience. We went to reception to complain politely and mentioned that she is also there all alone for the whole bar area and that she maybe needed some help, it took again 15min for someone to show up. We will not book again as we also believe the prices of the room and bar do not really match up to the quality.

Pas de service, pas accueillant, pas chaleureux !
Pour un hôtel de ce standing, il n’y a pas de sourire, on ne se sent pas accueilli, au contraire on a l’impression de gêner.
Le personnel de l’accueil n’a été serviable (juste efficace).
Nous avons demandé un conseil pour un bon restaurant : « c’est les vacances tout est complet, allez sur la grande place ».
Le personnel du petit déjeuner est trop expéditif :
Fin du petit déjeuner à 10H30, le staff a débarrassé à une vitesse exagérée le buffet, allant même jusqu’à enlever mon assiette alors que j’étais encore à table.
Nous avions réservé le spa pour 1H, délais de 24H en amont car très sollicité, au moment d’arriver il y avait doublon de réservation, malgré une confirmation de l’accueil.
La chambre était néanmoins confortable et très propre.
Nous ne recommanderons cet établissement.
