Friendly staff. Fair breakfast. Shower cabin - just ok. Was on the highest floor with the codes. Some renovations ongoing in some areas at the moment.

I recently had a distressing experience at A stay. Despite the hotel's modern no-key entry system, where guests are given unique passcodes for room access, a significant security lapse occurred!

While in our room, an unauthorized individual attempted to enter using a passcode mistakenly issued by the hotel staff. This alarming incident not only compromised our privacy but also posed a potential risk to our safety and belongings.
Upon addressing this serious concern with the reception staff, we were met with a lack of accountability and an absence of an apology. The situation worsened when our original passcode was deactivated without our knowledge, presumably during the staff's attempt to rectify their earlier mistake. Regrettably, even this was mishandled, as we were locked out of our room upon our return.

Our requests for assistance were further delayed by a staff member's preference to finish their meal before addressing our urgent need to regain access to our room. This is indicative of the broader attitude we encountered; many staff members appeared indifferent and unwelcoming, with one even prioritizing personal use of the gym facilities over guest service!

This experience has deeply undermined my trust in A stay’s commitment to guest security and service. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of staff training and customer service protocols to ensure that future guests do not endure a similar ordeal.

Ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Mein Zimmer war in Ordnung. Ich war alleine. Wenn man aber zu zweit reist, muss man sich drauf einstellen, dass Dusche und Toilette komplett mit Milchglas umgeben sind - also keine richtigen Wände. Die Zimmertechnik (Licht, Klima) hat funktioniert und hat Spaß gemacht. Einen Stern gebe ich Abzug, da ich das Frühstück etwas simpel fand.
