Las mantas de cama para taparse tenían un color amarillo, de estar tremendamente sucias. Es inadmisible ofrecer eso a un ser humano. Los espejos sucios, tanto el de la habitación como el del cuarto de baño y el cristal de la mampara de ducha. Había manchas en las paredes de toda la habitación, alrededor de la TV y del armario.Todo el suelo de la habitación tenía polvo y manchas, tanto el de madera como el de la moqueta de la entrada.
Respecto al cuarto de baño, también tenía manchas por las paredes, en el suelo, moho en el plato de la ducha... Y encima el lavabo estaba atrancado y el agua no se iba por la tubería.
Etc, etc, etc...
Con los 2 trabajadores que tratamos (ambos en recepción) fueron correctos en el trato, pero yo no sé si realmente existe servicio de limpieza en este hotel o cual es el trabajo real que realiza dicho servicio.
Me quedo con la sensación de que todas las fotografías que aparecen en Booking, que tan buena pinta tienen, son de cuando inauguraron el hotel, nada que ver con la actualidad.
Es como si, conforme salen unos clientes de una habitación, así se la entregaran a los siguientes. La apañan un poco por encima y ya está.
Es una pena no tomarse en serio un trabajo y poder ofrecer una calidad real de los servicios de un hotel a sus huéspedes.
Posdata: tanto comentario negativo de diversos clientes reales indicando misma temática (limpieza) no es casualidad.
Das "Highlight" ist das Frühstück: knochenharte Brötchen, Auswahl sehr gering und die Kaffeemaschine macht mehr Geräusche als Kaffee.
Kommunikation mit dem Personal ist grad noch auf Englisch möglich, aber sehr unmotiviert.
Pictures are better than it really is. Please take in consideration to renovate the interior building. For the service I received, the price is unfair. Room wasn't clean as I found a pair of socks in my room and from the shower a smell and stuffs came out. To ask for a tv remote control, I had to go down to the reception because there was no telephone in my room, which must be implemented. At the end of the day I didn't receive any remote control of TV and air conditioning wasn't working. A telephone in a hotel room should be a must, not an option, as for every need or emergencies you have to go down to reception. Sheets were doubled but not prepared on my bed as I had to make the bed by myself like at home or at a hostel.
