I stayed here for 6 nights. This is the type of place you stay when you want some tranquility far from the bustling center of palomino. The host Alison was extremely flexible and accommodated many of my requests. I was grateful for that. The garden is extremely beautiful. The showers worked well and have a strong pressure so you really feel like you're taking a shower. The shower heads are rustic, like a pipe, so it's not the classic European style shower head. You can see that they have put a lot of thought into how things work. The room I stayed in was very nice. There's a mosquito net on the bed. Insects and bugs can enter the room as it's a thatched room, but they don't enter the mosquito net on your bed so that helps. Note that you may be able to hear other guests in the rooms below due to the thatched nature. Luckily for me, there were guests for only 2 nights. There is no kitchen to cook so if you're a foodie lover, take note of this.
All in all, a beautiful, well-maintained place, with a lovely and ever-attentive host who is there to help out where she can. I am grateful for the experience.

Wat een heerlijke tropische plek. Mooie slaapplekken, hygiënisch en mooi aangekleed. Een rustige locatie op loopafstand van het dorpje. In 30 minuten wandel je naar het strand. Voldoende activiteiten in de omgeving.
De hostess en haar man zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze spreek Engels, Frans en Spaans.
Haar man bakt heerlijk Frans brood. En het ontbijt en avondeten, los te boeken, is heerlijk.
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

La petite famille qui tient cet hôtel est très sympathique et de très bon conseil ! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à l'écart de la zone touristique de Palomino et profiter de leur grand terrain, notamment les balancelles, qui sont extras pour une bonne sieste ????
