Everything is great! It's a very beautiful hotel with clean and spacious rooms with pretty new Bathrooms, and most importantly, the staff is very friendly! It was very comfortable!

Sehr schönes, erst kürzlich komplett renoviertes Hotel in sehr ruhiger Top Lage. Nur durch einen kleinen Park und man ist im Touristischen Zentrum. Bei der Renovierung wurde der alte mondäne Stil wunderbar erhalten. Man braucht kein Zimmer mit Balkon, da das Hotel mehrereTerrassen, mit gemütlichen Sitzecken, hat. Sehr nette Zimmer mit super Betten und tollem Ausblick. Wir hatten zwar das kleinste Zimmer, fanden es aber absolut ausreichend für drei Nächte.
Klimaanlage recht leise. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, und berät einen zu allen Fragen ausführlich. Frühstück mindestens ausreichend. Buchung am besten auf der Hotel Website, dort ist es etwas günstiger und der Parkplatz ist kostenlos dabei. Klare Empfehlung.

Hôtel impeccable ! Petit déjeuner super ! Et surtout merci à Mélanie pour ses conseils judicieux ! Nous avons très bien mangé grâce à ses conseils et en plus je tiens à dire que super pour son français !!!!!!!

Ottimo Hotel 4* in posizione strategica per visitare Rapallo, a 5 minuti di passeggiata nel parco dal centro e vicino alla spiaggia convenzionata, tranquilla e molto ben organizzata. Colazione super -d'estate e suppongo con il bel tempo in generale si può consumare sul terrazzo esterno- e camera pulitissima dotata di mini bar, cassaforte con i servizi nuovi e ben puliti. Staff della reception eccezionale, ottimi consigli per la cena e appunto per la spiaggia; sono stati molto disponibili anche per quanto riguarda il parcheggio: visto che al check out avevamo ancora tutta la giornata a disposizione ci hanno permesso di lasciare la macchina all'hotel e ritirarla nel tardo pomeriggio. Super consigliato!

Both my husband and I were extremely happy with our stay. The staff were amazing and super helpful. The rooms impeccable very comfortable bed.
We cannot fault our stay we highly recommend Hotel Canali, their professionalism and attention to detail made our stay very comfortable .

Hotel a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, camere pulite e ben arredate, jacuzzi davvero carina, colazione con molta scelta e tutto buonissimo. Personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile in particolare Gerardo.
Bellissima esperienza.
Torneremo sicuramente!

Hôtel situé à 5 min du centre de Rapallo.
Tout le personnel est bienveillant et l’ambiance est vraiment familiale.
En plus de sa gentillesse, Melany nous a très bien accueilli et conseillé sur la région !
Je recommande cet hôtel !

Inizialmente abbiamo scelto questo hotel per il parcheggio privato, per poi scoprire un altro grande plus durante il soggiorno: lo staff accoglienza, composto da ragazzi veramente preparati, oltre che davvero simpatici! Dietro loro consiglio e seguendo le guide scritte da un membro dello staff, abbiamo visitato posti magnifici (San Fruttuoso, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Genova...) e mangiato nei migliori ristoranti, per poi tornare in hotel e raccontare loro tutto ciò che avevamo visto.
Menzione speciale anche per le colazioni (molto ricche: dolce e salato, comprese le tipiche focacce liguri) e lo staff delle pulizie impeccabile.
Torneremo sicuramente per finire il tour: 4 giorni non bastano per vedere le meraviglie della Liguria! - Ester e Pietro

What a wonderful stay. Super nice staff. 10 min walk from port to take ferry to Portofino. Our room was wonderful clean with a terrace overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended. We loved it

Nous nous arrêtons par hasard dans cet hôtel qui dispose d'un parking.
Accueil parfait de Melany, le directeur présent très sympa, on gère votre voiture...chambre de taille moyenne entièrement refaite et propre, animaux acceptés .
Petit déjeuner classique, pas de restaurant mais il y a ce qu'il faut à cinq minutes de marche.
Prix environ 250€.
Visite en août .

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei älteren Teenagern eine Woche Urlaub im Canali gemacht. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Das Haus hat eine charmante Atmosphäre und ist stilvoll italienisch eingerichtet. Das Familienzimmer mit zwei getrennten Bereichen und Balkon war optimal für uns. Das Zimmer hatte zwar eine etwas kühle Ausstrahlung, war aber tiptop renoviert; auch das Bad war neu und in bestem Zustand. Wlan und Klima funktionierten einwandfrei. Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals an der Rezeption. Die Promenade ist fußläufig in ca.10 min zu erreichen; ebenso der Strand. Wir würden im Canali wieder Urlaub machen.

Make sure to avoid floor (-1) for the following reasons:
- Wi-Fi was not reachable from our room (floor -1) We complained but I don’t think the staff have a solution because all they could do was restart the Wi-Fi. Staff were friendly and trying their best but limited in what can be done

- Noise from above floor was at sometimes too much because the reception and dining areas are above us.

Actual Rooms were nice but overpriced.
