A group of 4 of us stayed in a duplex for 4 nights in Jan 2024, and our stay at the Sport Hotel Village was absolutely exceptional. Thank you so much to Jordi and the whole team at the front desk who looked after us so well from the very moment we arrived. They wer always there with a warm smile to start the day and again to welcome us back to the hotel after 8 hours on the slopes. The breakfast was superb, the rooms were clean, spacious and warm, being a stone's throw away from the ski lift was incredible, and the atmosphere in the lobby each evening was perfect. A home away from home!

Estamos hospedados en el Hermitage Spa Hotel, hemos venido a cenar al Bar village. Y por culpa de cocina hemos tenido que esperar 1h, venimos con 3 niños y pedimos menú infantil y nos traen las merluzas crudas en primera instancia, luego se las lleva Eric (un camarero súper amable y atento, además de incómodo, por la atención de cocina) y nos vuelven a traer las merluzas un trozo súper pequeño y con las patatas frías, el
Solomillo de mi pareja crudo y frío. Una lástima, porque lo que queríamos era tener una cena rápida, para que los niños descansaran a tiempo y no fue posible!

Servicio inmejorable tanto restaurantes , desayuno , recepcion , limpieza , zonas comunes excelentes spa muy completo y una zona infantil con un horario muy amplio una instalacion perfecta para actividades y el personal muy cualificado toda la estancia como en casa … volveré !! De sueño…
Tout était parfait.
Le personnel est très compétant.
Le Mr de l accueil toujours avec le sourire et au petit soin .
La réception également font tout pour vous renseigner et vous donner le maximum d infos tout au long de notre séjour.
Le personnel du petit déjeuner super !!!
Heureux de pouvoir commencer notre journée avec un très très bon buffet ( rien ne manque) et le sourire du personnel.
L ensemble de la structure est super .
Les restaurants, bars et spa .
Mention spéciale pour la tofana ( maria serveuse très compétente souriante ainsi que la maître d hôtel ) et le sol i neu avec DJ (top top ) tout les midi .
