SEALOY FLIGHTS

My Experience with Sealoy Flights was unpleasant.

We booked for a flight tour from their office location at 11.15 am , but due to weather conditions (totally understandable), they called and asked us to go to Palmar Public beach which is a 30 mins drive from there and said the flight will now take off from the new location at 11.15am. We had to pay extra for a cab to reach there on time and once reached they said due to high tides they are delayed by an hour (Hmm okay might be true too) and the new take off time was given as 12 noon.

We waited there for till 12 and tried to contact them but they kept ignoring our calls and went offline as well. We were standing under the hot sun on the beach not knowing what to do next. There was another couple there who were instructed the same and were waiting with us. They did not receive any response either.

After waiting for an additional hour, around 1pm the pilot called and said that there is a technical issue (Don't believe them anymore at this point) and we can re-schedule at 3 pm. Already we had lost the entire day due to this and had to cancel our plans in the afternoon.

In addition to this, the pilot had the audacity to tell us to do some water activities and eat at an Indian Restaurant nearby till he arrives.

We were so disappointed and never took the flight so I cannot comment on the actual flight experience but one entire day was wasted in our trip due to them.

Une super expérience avec eux aujourd’hui, une durée de vol de 30 minutes qui offre une vue incroyable sur le lagon, l’Ile au cerfs, le grand bleu.. Un pilote (Daniel) au top très sympa sans oublier Nishal & Karen ! un grand merci pour ce moment de pur bonheur pour la rétine ???????? je recommande !!

A must try experience! Stunning view and wonderful staffs. Start with the receptionist Karen, she’s so nice and humorous; the pilot Daniel is so professional and kind. They made my Mauritius trip perfect :)

This 30 minutes flight allowed me to discover the mesmerizing blue water hole and the seven northern islands. It offers breathtaking views. Highly recommend this incredible journey ! Mauritius is so beautiful ????????????
