We were there for our 10yr wedding anniversary and we truly cannot fault anything. Service is top notch and food is out of this world. Rajesh at the bar and Ramesh at the restaurant were truly fabulous all the time. We will most definitely be back soon.

Staff is absolutely fantastic from reception to bar and housekeeping. Restaurants BLACKROCK BAR AND GRILL, Nine . Italian cafe and bar. Food was brilliant, one of the best steaks I've ever had at Blackrock . The service from reception to bar to restraunt to housekeeping outstanding.

We traveled as a family of four and had the most incredible holiday experience. From the moment we arrived, we were provided with all the information we needed about the hotel and its surroundings, ensuring that our stay would be comfortable, enjoyable, and worry-free. Every detail was thoughtfully covered to make us feel at home.
We stayed in two beautiful Garden Suites, and the views were simply breathtaking. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and perfectly designed to offer both comfort and luxury. The lush greenery surrounding us added a serene touch, making it a peaceful retreat. Vinay, the hotel manager, consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. His hands-on approach, including sharing his personal mobile number, gave us peace of mind that no request would go unanswered.
Ramesh, Angelo, and their exceptional team made every meal a delight, welcoming us warmly and paying extra attention to my son's dietary needs due to his allergies. The chefs were incredibly accommodating, preparing a variety of special dishes just for him, and we truly appreciated the effort they put into making every meal delicious. The omelettes each morning were a highlight, and the care taken by the staff made us feel valued.
The on-site restaurants were amazing, each offering a unique culinary experience. The food was consistently top-notch, and the service was impeccable. Every meal felt like a special occasion. We particularly enjoyed our evenings at the Italian café, where Satyan and his team made sure we had the most outstanding service. The warmth and professionalism they displayed were unforgettable.
At the bar, Kunil, Rajesh and his fantastic team made each visit fun and memorable. Their friendly demeanor and exceptional service elevated our experience daily. Rajesh’s attention to detail and genuine care for his guests left a lasting impression – we will truly miss him and his team.
