We enjoyed our visit here, the cleanliness and most of all the customer service, they’re very prompt on responding to the email. For sure we will come back here

Excellent customer service, very friendly and welcoming.
Room was basic, but had everything you need for a short stay.
Seating area with fire and tea/coffee was lovely, also shuttle bus to blue lagoon much appreciated.

Our stay tat the NLI was perfect. The short hike to the lagoon was beautiful and the geothermal plant next door was super cool. Staff woke us up fir the aurora, which was awesome. Thank you nli!

Honestly, we can not fault our stay at all. The service was second to non, nothing was too much trouble. We ate at Max's restaurant, and the food was exceptional and really good value for money.
I unfortunately left my phone in the taxi on our way to the airport - it had our tickets downloaded on there! This was returned to me by the manager coming off his night shift. Thank you so much!
We can not wait to go back - and can not rate this hotel any more highly.
