A fun find. We lucked into finding Dos Carlitos while staying in Santa Ynez. They have a really good size menu from which to choose. I'd go back.

BEST MEXICAN FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD! This restaurant was so good. I have never had a burrito this amazing in my life. Also, the margarita I got was SO strong it knocked me on my butt. In a good way. 10/10 absolutely delicious.

The shrimp enchiladas = one of the best meals I've EVER had!
We sat at a cozy table next to the fireplace. Ambiance was romantic and comfortable.
Cloth napkin Mexican food at it's finest! Yum yum!

Been here a couple times for dinner. It's really good. The only down side isn they don't take reservations, and the few times we've come we've had pretty big parties, so we've had to wait quite a while. But it's always been worth it!
