The hygiene of the hotel/room is a total catastrophe. There were other people hairs and stains (or it was dirty?!) in the bathtub and on the towels. The room generally seemed dirty. There also were white stains on the side of the bed… We approached the reception and got offered to shower in a another room, but the bath there was - suprise - even more dirtier than our original one. It was incredibly dissapointing.

At arrival we were told the breakfast was not included in the price. After some discussion the lady told us they recently started a new booking system. However, we booked shortly before before our stay...
Airco: very noisy but no cool air...
Staff: most of them spent more time having fun with their colleagues than paying attention to the guests.
The walking route between the breakfast area and the bar area was very chaotic, constantly objects or chairs blocking the way.
Another frustrating issue: lots of smoking guests with or without many dogs on the terras forcing us to stay inside.
An uncooled water tap with undefined pieces of fruit was standing on a table during 24 hours a day at a temperature about 28 degrees Celcius

A l'extérieur de Colmar, donc avec les facilités qui vont avec: très calme, parking, possibilité de dîner sur place et surtout profiter d'une jolie terrasse, très bien entretenu, avec de jolies fleurs et un personnel au petits soins. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de plus, ils ont presque anticipé toutes nos besoins ???? Je recommande ????

Accueil chaleureux, service attentionné, chambre confortable et calme. Le petit déjeuner était varié et de qualité, contribuant à un séjour agréable.
