UN SUEÑO CABAÑAS DEL PACIFICO

Cockroach found in the bathroom of our room. Mices as well. Very very noisy (directly on the road) so you hear cars all day long + we woke up at 5am due to a "birthday party" concert for 2 hours. Right in front of the hotel. The staff did not do anything to solve the situation. Me and other guests from the hotel went outside at 5am but the staff was nowhere to be seen, and did not try to solve the situation. When we complained to the manager, he said that 0 staff was on the property at 5am - the hotel is wide open and everyone can enter so it’s pretty scary to find out that your hotel is left open at night without surveillance. Given the price of the night, and the fact that this hotel was sold as being a "sueno" with peace and quiet, we feel robbed. The manager did not try to conciliate us, said that how cabanas were and that’s it. The minimum would have been to do a commercial gesture. For all prospective guests, please do not stay here, try to avoid the main road and find a hotel a bit further away. We discovered Zippolite and loved it

I have been to these cabanas twice and I cannot wait for the third trip. Their Ceviche is also veryyy good

Came here on vacation with my sister & we had such an enjoyable time. I was a bit worried about the heat & no AC but it was fine, the breeze off the ocean plus the fans kept us comfortable.

All the employees were very friendly & accommodating, food was good & beverages were cold.

Right on the beach by the ocean, it was so peaceful & relaxing. Easy walk to many other restaurants & shopping + it’s only an 18 min walk from Mazunte.
I would suggest to friends & family 100%, also would stay here again.

La mejor opción de hospedaje en San Agustinillo. Las habitaciones muy limpias y funcionales, sólo deben de mejorar la parte del retrete. La comida que preparan está deliciosa y muy bien servida. La palapa con las hamacas y las sillas minis lo mejor, te puedes estar días enteros ahí. Mención especial para Angel, el mesero. Muy buena persona, super amigable
