Went to the Thai restaurant upstairs

My family and I had a disappointing experience during our five-night stay in the apartment section. The service we received fell short of the brand’s usual standards.

The hotel enjoys a prime location in the capital, boasting an attached mall with Vox Cinema and a diverse array of restaurants. However, our apartment was far from the main building, necessitating the use of a golf cart for transportation. Unfortunately, the cart service was unreliable; it often arrived late, and sometimes it didn’t show up at all.

Furthermore, at the Jardin restaurant where we had breakfast, there was only one dining area available. At one point, someone lit up a cigarette just two tables away from us, exposing my two-year-old child to secondhand smoke, which was quite distressing.

Despite these amenities, the overall service was exceptionally poor. It was difficult to reach the reception by phone, forcing me to make international calls just to speak with someone. On our final day, our luggage was not moved from our room until 30 minutes later than requested, resulting in delays to the airport.
