Receptionist was extremely unfriendly. Sent us to the breakfast room where there was no staff. We then departed the hotel without being enquired by her why we were leaving. She was sitting behind the reception in a room on her cellphone giving us an arrogant look. Will not return

ambiance is good, interior is luxurious but a little dark especially at night time. Went for iftar & they had great international selection. Just hoped they had more oriental ☺️ but overall, good.

I had a good experience during ramadan with a tasty iftar the open buffet is for 230qr per person , such a good service , nice ramdan decoration, even the staff was so friendly and so kind , i really advise you to get this amazing experience there ????????
Perfect for family and friends gatherings, and even great for business meetings.
Thanks to Chirine, Ilya, Yeman, Dilli, Rupesh(that’s the names that I remembered) and to all the staff that daily participate in keeping the restaurant clean and well maintained.
