رائع جدا من استقبال و موقع و خدمة و غرف ونظافة
سووا لنا تسجيل دخول مبكر و ترقية للغرفة مجانا
موظف الاستقبال ياسر لبق جدا و خدوم
و بقية الموظفين جميعم كانوا لبقين
والموقع في مشيرب فكل شي حولك من مطاعم مقاهي خدمات
بيكون خيارنا دائما لما نجي قطر إن شاء الله

افضل فندق سكنته في قطر من ناحية سرعة تسجيل الدخول و المكان الاستراتيجي القريب من الاماكن السياحيه و الغرف النظيفه +اعطونا ضيافه كيك بمناسبة تخصنا????

Enjoyed out stay.
Rooms are clean and well decorated.
Service v good.
We tried the breakfast too.

The hotel entrance is very narrow considering it’s 5 star hotel … I had rented Engagement hall for one night And additional one Suites room
They inform me throw the phone at around 2 pm that the suites room is not ready and would be at 3pm today so I arrived at the hotel and at 3pm I ask for the Suites room and the lady at reception informed it’s not ready yet but they can take the Bags and some items to be used in Engagement hall to the suites bedroom with no issues at all and immediately then I agree and waited until it’s already 3:30 pm inside the hotel half hour more and I ask again the reception lady if it’s ready now ! She replied NO it’s not you have to wait ???? I ask her about Bags and some items if it’s taken to the suites bedroom as she promised ? Her reply was NO I ask why .. she reply me that she can’t do that now because the suite is not ready ???????? OMG .. I told her you are the one who promised me to take it immediately but she denied everything she said. And all my things where thrown at the entrance ground
It’s clear there is no close monitoring to the staff by hotel management…
They are destroying and ruining the engagement party i paid for hotel hall for tonight and invited all the family and friends as the Hairdresser and makeup lady I made a contract with have informed me they can’t wait any longer for us to solve the room issue with the hotel as she have other customers schedule as we couldn’t get the room to do all that inside the Suites room including preparing the Engaged lady makeup in very impressing situation ……
THEN the lady ( Reception supervisor ) interrupts and ask me to wait and stop discussing that and my voice should be low other wise they will not help me at all ????????
The supervisor lady at reception was so much Arrogant and conceited after all they mess they made
Then other manager approached me and informed me he will take care and pushing everyone around to make the Suites room ready where it supposed to be and I am attaching his business card
I believe the receptionist supervisor is the worst experience I had in that hotel and I recommend to move or transfer her to other place the kitchen would be a good place or terminate her services and management with very close monitoring to staff behaviour is very much required

الغرف واسعه ونظيفه الڤيو على مشيرب تحتك مباشره
والترام يوقف امام الاوتيل ، مشي خمس دقايق لواقف طلبت منهم يجهزون لي كيكه لمناسبه وتم بشكل لطيف
الفريق في قسم الفطور مجتهد جدا ولا اجلس دقائق إلا جاين يتأكدون من ان كل شي تمام كذلك كانت المسؤوله بالإفطار ودودة جدا ، الفطور متنوع
المسؤولين في الدخول قبل اللوبي خدومين و يطلبون لك سياره في حاله الحاجه
طلبت منهم خدمه الصالون تكون بالغرفه وتم بشكل مباشر
وكانت شغلها ممتاز ودقيقه بالتفاصيل
استخدامهم لورد كازابلانكا كان جدا جميل، ريحه الورد ماليه المكان
الاوتيل هاااادي جدا
