Nice place to visit and eat
I'm not sure why the owner named it "Paper Moon," but it reminded me of the similarly titled movie starring the O'Neals. The setting of the movie and its characters seem an unlikely match, yet somehow it works. Like the movie, the restaurant and its location seem unlikely pairing, but it works. Oftentimes, I appreciate little surprises that the life gives.
The food was surprisingly good, and I enjoyed the beverage options, which were a rare privilege in the city.
