The hotel rooms are great. Friendly staff and good food

Didn't recognize my status. Didn't get my key programed right. Rooms are very dated and don't have refrigerator in the rooms. There is also no place to put your suitcase. They have a safe bolted in the middle of the close blocking both sides. Paint is falling off in the bathrooms. Bathroom sink is built for someone 6'6" and the wallpaper is falling off. The restaurant and night bartender were Awesome ???? they get 4Stars.

This is one of the worst locations I’ve stayed in. The first thing I noticed is that the hotel is in great disrepair. The lampshades are missing, torn, and or stained. The furniture is old, outdated, and the mattress squeaks. To make matters worse the room we stayed in was dirty. The duvet had a rather large yellow stain on it (so gross), the bathroom walls had toothpaste splattered on all sides, the tile grout was filthy, and the water pressure made it difficult to properly shower. Also, the internet ran at a snails pace, and there was no fridge or microwave. The drinks in the lobby for sale are old and completely flat, there were no vending machines where labled. The only positive is the location is quiet. The pictures featured must be from when the hotel opened?

Rooms nice, unfortunately no microwave or mini fridge, we were informed there is a microwave downstairs. There is restaurant on site serving awesome breakfast and crew is very patient and delivered great customer service. Location is great especially based on fact we had no car break in as last stay in downtown area of New Orleans. Front desk also awesome.
