The rooms are nice, pretty and look clean. But the bathrooms. Not sure if there is mold? But the ceiling is disgusting and there is basically NO water pressure. In the shower of faucet.

I have stayed at this Hotel regularly over the last 5 years. It has gone from 4 star to a one star.. my staff have ask to be booked in other places because of the experience.
Staff that are rude
Staff that won't admit fault
Manager that does not know what she is doing to make customers feel good.
Restaurant . bar that has disgusting food.
Furniture that is old and well used.

I recommend finding a different place.

Very nice. I would give it a 5 star rating except that I did have a crummy waitress last night at the bar. She seemed to cater to all her white customers over me. She even walked past me with my order of hot wings and sat them at the edge of the bar. After 5 minutes, I went and got them. All she said was "I'm sorry, I got busy". How? There where 6 people there. She also "forgot" about another black patron's order.

I never stayed. Too far from where I needed to be. They wanted to charge me for the days that I used which was none of them. I stayed at another Sheraton in NOLA for the same days and time.
