This is one of the worst properties I ever spent my vacation. roaches everywhere they use the same sheets found blood on the sheets hair everywhere drug-infested management is unprofessional need training no housekeepers for 3 weeks not one time anyone came to change the Sheetz. this Hotel should be allowed to accept food stamps for pain and stuffing....

This place is gross! feces on the shower curtain. Cigarette smell in the room and no one cares ! Also very dirty ! Don’t not stay here . Staff is just as bad ! Don’t not stay here ! One star only to be able to leave a review . Do not stay here !

This hotel is filthy & has a terrible odor. The first room I was given had roaches all over the kitchen area. The attendant assigned me to another room, which was better but still not very tidy. The 2nd room I was assigned to was on the 4th floor, which temporarily has no elevator access. So, I had to ride the elevator to the 3rd floor & then lug my many belongings up the stairs from the 3rd to the 4th floor. Again, the hotel stinks. I had to return to the hotel desk at least 5 times, between myself & my daughter, to get my key card reset because it wouldn’t unlock the room door. I chose this hotel because I once stayed at another property located in Baton Rouge (which was a great value & was CLEAN) & because pets are welcome. I will never stay here again & would never recommend for anyone else to.

On one good note the location was okay, but the room was dirty, carpet was not fully cleaned, rack in closet area was broken, there was a hole in the wall behind the shower head, hallway smelled like mildew, did not have hot water for 2 straight days. Too many problems for the price. Charged me over $100 something dollars for my last day there. There was a male staff member that had a very non concerned attitude, almost smug like. Had to cut my 30 day stay down to 14 days. Would have left sooner but could not find any other lodging. Would honestly never recommend this hotel, not even to my worst enemy.
