Close to the mall really nice location. Rebecca really took care of us in getting the right room after I accidentally switched it while I was driving to the hotel. Super nice. Be aware elevator suckssss you could spend 10 minutes waiting on it and only 1 is working — I ended up just talking the stairs the last time because it was a line of people waiting

Building was old and had the strong smell of cheap cleaning products. It’s in a noisy location between a freeway and and auto garage, where they spray their vehicles with loud pressure washers. It’s in a very industrial area. Not a lot to see within walking distance. Had worn, cracking caulk in the bathtub and extremely white lights in the bedroom. Prefer softer warmer lighting. Staff was nice but messed up my reservation, thankfully they resolved the issue quickly. It’s currently under renovations, but had a very low class vibe with a tiny lobby and sitting area. Attention to detail and comfort does not seem to be a concern here. Located on bus line which was nice and breakfast was good. The Country Inn across the freeway is very nice.

When I got there I had to fix the toilet myself because it wasn't flushing properly. I also had to fix the sink because the stopper was not attached and was stuck inside the sink. There's a bad smell coming from the restroom at night.

Location was great getting in on and off the interstate and causeway
Very convenient to everything in Metairie and getting to New Orleans
Staff is fantastic and property represented. Hampton Inns well.
Parking garage is a plus

The shower water pressure is so low that you can barely rinse off.
This has been a miserable experience, and I will never stay at this hotel again. DON'T STAY HERE!
