Great stay. Room was clean and the staff was nice. Even offered us free cookies. Now tomorrow, I will have to see what the breakfast will be like...

My advice is to stay somewhere else! Beds are very uncomfortable! The bathroom had water on the floor. When we arrived there was no one at the check in desk, so we had to wait! We had got sent an email to download the app for a contacless check in, and it did not work. Called to complain and their GM team did not reach out. I had to call to get an update to hear no resolution would be made. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

This hotel was nice, but has begun to show its age. The details and smells are where you begin take notice.

First, I am a loyal Hilton Diamond member. My first room ac did not work, which they told me they knew that, but let me choose this room on my app. When I went down to get the key for my next room, the lady threw the key up on the counter and did not utter a word. In the second room, someone had spilled something on the tile floor, and it was obvious, you could see it, but it was not cleaned up. Overall just poor customer service.

One of the better free breakfasts buffets I've had at a hotel. Eggs, fresh waffles, fruit, juice, cereal.
