Manager personally helped my wife and I(we're both handicapped). Over the top customer service.

The lobby & front desk workers are great! Rooms are terrible. They weren’t cleaned properly & the air doesn’t work. Put in a complaint that the air was out & they did not fix it. With temperatures in the triple digits this is unacceptable. Will not be staying here again.
