Clean! Comfortable! Quiet! (And best of all) budget friendly. I read the previous reviews and apparently Management has succeeded in upgrading the property. For a one night stay the hotel was very good. The sheets were clean, the room was bug free, and everything worked… Including the refrigerator. I had to ask for a hairdryer and ice bucket, but other than that I have no complaints. I recommend this place.

Refused to stay when told I have to give them $100 in cash as a damage deposit. Also tried walking into a different room with my credit card. How shady can you get? Wyndham should be ashamed

I travel all year and “live” in hotels. This place is easily in the top three worst places I’ve stayed. No coffee maker, broken refrigerator, no carpet, bad parking, broken tv, bad bathroom, low lighting in room…etc… I could write all day. Do not stay here. I’m with clc so my choices are limited. Shreveport has no “stay comfortable and feel safe” choices for CLC members that I can find.

Not very clean. The place looked suspicious and scary. First time I felt my car can get stolen here.

The room was very clean and the staff was very polite and I would definitely recommend it.
