HOMEWOOD SUITES BY HILTON SHREVEPORT

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and book it almost once a month. Service is great, rooms are clean BUT no matter what room I stay in the water pressure, hot water and (I know this sounds stupid) the shower controls (for hot and cold) are horrendous. You can never tell which way is hot/cold, and water pressure/shower heads suck. I’m a bald man and it takes me 20-30 minutes to shower just to wash soap off. If my wife and daughters were with me they’d never leave the shower. If they fixed that I’d honestly wouldn’t have anything to complain about. Reasonably priced and service is always great. I still stay here frequently (thinking it was just my room with pressure issues) but I’m tired of working all day and the shower being horrible. Hoping this review is actually read and something gets in the works for this to change, a lot of people are here working out of town and the only thing we want is a damn hot, pressurized shower.

The hotel and staff were excellent.
The room would have been 4 stars but there was NO HOT WATER at 7:30am in the morning. I didn’t scroll far enough back in the reviews to see that this is a known issue for SOME of the rooms but they did comp our one night stay.
I would try it again just to see if it was a one off issue ????
