I was completely disappointed. Didn't like the atmosphere nor the slots. Refreshments were few and far between

My King size suite had fleas. F.l.e.a.s. Felt them, saw them. Initially I just wanted to report it so that they are aware. But THEN I was told I could lift up my clothes and show them any bites I might have. What was even worse was speaking with Stephanie Cheatham, guest relations manager. She is awful. No real apology for the experience. Cutting me off before I could finish speaking. She asked antagonistic questions such as, "Are you still treating with a doctor", "well what do you want me to say? I'm sorry?" $150, ma'am. $150.

Great rate for two nights in a clean spacious room with king size bed. Nice casino play areas.
