Our tour of Domaine Sylvain Bouhélier was a revelation. This hidden gem provides a deep dive into the region’s rich winemaking culture. Sylvain Bouhélier, the owner and winemaker, is not only an accomplished vigneron but also an engaging guide, generous with his time and knowledge. His clear explanations of how he produces the Crémant, a Burgundy sparkling wine, and his selection of white wines, were very educational. Sylvain also produces from his vines the heady and potent Marc spirit and the fruity Ratfia liqueur.

We highly recommend Domaine Sylvain Bouhélier for an authentic Burgundy experience!
