Die teilweise enthusiastischen Bewertungen hier kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Ja, die Appartments sind ganz nett, aber vieles lässt doch zu wünschen übrig. Der gesamte Komplex ist sehr hellhörig und wenn die Eingangstür oder eine andere Zimmertür geschlossen wird, hört man das nicht nur überlaut, sondern die eigene Appartmenttür klappert auch mehr als laut mit. In der Green Villa kann man nachts auf einer Seite die Parkplatzbeleuchtung „genießen“, auf der anderen Zimmerseite ist die Nachtbeleuchtung so taghell, dass Türen schließen nicht viel bringt. Die Rezeption ist nur teilweise besetzt (bei uns war sie es gar nicht, so dass per WhatsApp kommuniziert wurde). Wenn, wie bei unserem Aufenthalt, zweimal an einem Abend bzw. nachts der Feueralarm losgeht, ist man diesem Lärm eine halbe Stunde ausgesetzt, bevor jemand kommt, um ihn zu deaktivieren. Mitten in der Nacht braucht man dann gar nicht daran zu denken wieder einzuschlafen! Natürlich kann der Betreiber nichts für einen Fehlalarm. Der Fehler liegt halt darin, dass in einem solchen Fall niemand vor Ort ist. Nicht zuletzt hat sich das „Spa“ als kleiner Pool nebst Whirlpool entpuppt… unter Spa erwarte ich dann doch etwas mehr. Ein Lob zum Schluss: Das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht. Aber Mühe allein genügt bekanntlich nicht.

Lovely hotel! We had a very pleasant stay and the room was gorgeous. Very close to the city and in a very quiet neighborhood. We needed to have a few things addressed being that it was low season, but Claudio was amazing and responsive. He made this trip and stay as special and smooth as it could be. We loved this place and can’t wait to be back!!!!!

Está ubicado justo en la playa de Pópulo , muy cerquita de todo .
Apartamentos muy modernos con disposición de gimnasio y zona de spa ( piscina y jacuzzi ) .
Recepción muy amable , y disponibles por whatsapp en todo momento .
Desayuno a la carta que te lo dejan justo al lado de la puerta de la habitación .

Acomodações super cuidadas, pequenos almoços dedicados e muito bons, espaço envolvente com piscina, jacuzzi e sala de Fitness. Recomendo vivamente.

This place was a dream. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. So clean and beautiful, the rooms are so chic. Full kitchen, living room, breakfast table, two tvs, giant bed, patio… was so spacious. Everything was spotless. The roof top pool and hot tub were so nice to enjoy in the evening. Felt very safe at night as there was a high fence with a locked gate around the property. Parking was easy, you get a remote for you stay to open the gates. Keyless entry was awesome too so you didn’t have to carry around a key with you. You could reach the front desk via WhatsApp if you had any questions if they weren’t at the desk or you weren’t back at the hotel which was super convenient. The breakfast was so awesome. You order the night before and they deliver it to your room in this cute basket the next morning. All local products. The bed was so comfortable and it was easy to log into Netflix etc to the tv and watch from bed. Beautiful beach a three minute walk away. I want to come back to Sao Miguel just to stay at this hotel again.

Trap er niet in. De foto's zijn niet echt maar stockfoto's. Dit geeft de eigenaar zelf ook aan. Zeezicht krijg je dus niet. Wel zicht op een drukke weg voor het hotel. Alleen een raam naar zee in je rug in de keuken. Het zwembad is piepklein, lijkt niet zoals op de foto. De zee zie je ook niet vanuit het zonneterras met 4 bedden voor heel hotel. In de jacuzzi ligt zand. Of je gewassen beddengoed hebt weet je niet, want het is niet gestreken. Voor deze prijs kun je veel betere kamers en locaties vinden. En oh ja ze zeggen je een whatsup te sturen als je kamer klaar is, maar geen bericht gekregen.
