Booked a 3 hour snorkeling boat tour yesterday and got confirmation text and email promptly, stating to be at the port no later than 15 minutes before tour starts. Been there today from 07:25am. Tour should have startet 08:15am. Boat was there, made some photos of it as proof, but no one else. Tried to reach them over phone 12 times, no one picked up. We had to pay in advance 20649xpf. Fortunately payed this over PayPal. We waited at the harbor until 08:55am, made more photos for proof and then left. Very unprofessional not showing up, not picking up the phone.

Next trip (#3) to Taha'a where once again will use Heremana Tours. Samuel is excellent!

Prestataire inatteignable et pas sérieux.
Et lorsqu’enfin il répond il n’est pas sympathique du tout. Très mauvaise expérience.
A éviter absolument.

Nous avons eu l’occasion de voir des raies pastenagues, de multiples requins pointe noires et une balade dans le jardin de corail.
A faire sur Taha’a pour en prendre plein les yeux.
Sur le retour nous avons eu de la papaye et des boissons fraîches !
