The over water cabins are stunning! We had an issue with our garden view cabin (ac broke) but the staff was quickly able to accommodate us in another even better cabin. The concierges was so helpful in our activity planning. We booked coral grafting right at the hotel and loved being a part of something that was helping the reef. I also recommend perusing the spa offerings, if you book with someone you share a room with then you get a really decent price (Bella and her sister gave my daughter and I wonderful massages ❤️). The sunsets are spectacular and last forever; the dancing show was also wonderful.

Not worth the money -
I spent around $1,000 a night to stay here. I saw so many positive reviews and was so excited for a luxury experience. I stayed in early July 2025 and my experience was so disappointing. The issues include -
- Tons of ants in our room, especially near the bathroom sink
- Our bathroom sink didn’t drain
- A large hair in my omelet at breakfast (absolutely disgusting)
- The girl working the front desk did not speak English and having a phone call with her to arrange for anything was impossible
- We paid $100 for a traditional Polynesian dance and it was very apparent that only one of the girls knew the dance and the other girls just watched her and tried to copy her moves (very obviously did not know the dance and it was kind of funny but painful to watch)
- Hotel does various things to cut costs like 1) turning off AC when you leave your room 2) not providing filtered water 3) providing “welcome drinks” that are just juice

How can you charge around $1,000 a night and have ants in the room and hair in the food? It’s maybe worth $250 a night. I genuinely feel scammed and I post this as a warning to other guests. I stopped by another hotel Sofitel and it seemed much nicer and cleaner (at a similar price) and would recommend it instead.

Super hotel. On mange formidablement bien. Très bon accueil.
