NIU BEACH HOTEL MOOREA ^{* *}

We had a wonderfull time in Moorea. With a wonderfull view, warm beaches full of wild life, great internet access.||Shops and restaurants not very far. You can walk along the coast line to get to the several beaches. Very quite and the staff is very nice and helpfull.

If you prefer to stay in an apart-hotel with a kitchen then it is probably the best choice. It is a very clean, well-stocked, brand new, nicely decorated and elegant hotel. We stayed at the beach-front bungalow and enjoyed the sunsets. We used kayaks and paddle boards and spent nice time there.||What was not so great is the beach and this is not the hotel's fault. It is quite shallow, which is ok, but most importantly it is not safe for swimming and snorkeling due to the fact that the front of the hotel is used by Moorea Moana Tours as their parking spot - their boats (4 boats) are not just parked there, but they use the same waterway to the ocean which is used by swimmers. If you want to swim you need to go probably 300 meters or so into the ocean and these boats leave and come back at least four times per day - these four boats! No safe at all! So I would recommend renting a car and to explore other beaches.

We checked out this newer hotel yesterday while in the area. We had already booked an Airbnb but wanted to check it out for future reference. The place is beautiful, incredible beach access, and the service is top notch! A special Mauruuru roa (thank you!) to the receptionist Hinatea for her great recommendations and hospitality!

Very comfortable apart-hotel with outstanding service. Great location. We greatly appreciate help and response from the front desk personnel - Meherio and Hinatea. It is already a great place to stay in Moorea, and has a potential to be even better.Hope to visit again
