LE ROYAL TAHITIEN

Très bon hôtel, jolie piscine, bonne cuisine, personnel souriant et professionnel et la literie est TOP !
Petit bémol sur le manque d'éclairage nocturne.
Bon séjour, je recommande !

We booked this hotel for the day after getting off a cruise at 9am with an 11:30pm flight out. We requested an early check in at the time of booking and was told that we could use the pool until a room is ready. We arrived around 9:30am and were told a room would be empty at 11:00am and it should take around an hour to get it cleaned up. We asked for some towels for the pool. We were told they would bring them to us. We waited for around 15 minutes sitting on wet pool chairs. My husband went back to ask again. Still no towels after another hour. At that point we headed back to the lobby and saw the couple that had checked out waiting for a cab at 11:00am. When we mentioned that we never got the towels the women at the front desk said she saw my husband in the restaurant which was completely untrue. We sat there for over an hour and watched as many people checked out and new people were checking in and getting rooms while we sat there. At 1:30ish they finally gave us a room. The rooms very basic but comfortable. Oh, and my husband went back to the lobby to ask if we could use a converter and the said we had to purchase one. When in fact I heard many people returning converters they were able borrow and use. So, bottom line, this is not a hotel big on customer service and you get what you pay for.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce lieu reposant par son parc verdoyant. Une chambre bien équipée, un restaurant au bord de la plage et une situation géographique idéale pour visiter Tahiti et ses iles. |Merci au personnel pour l'organisation de notre séjour!

This is a beautiful little resort with the most friendly staff! The rooms are clean with comfortable bed. The bathrooms are dated and need to be redone. |Beautiful grounds and pool and a black sand beach. |Lovely waterfront restaurant with good food. |We really enjoyed out stay here!
