4 stars if you are looking just for a place where to sleep before spending the rest of the time at the beach. Rooms are quite old with basic furniture. Access to the beautiful beach is convenient and the swimming is also big and clean. We used the gym which was big enough but could have been equipped better with some dumbbells and weights. They don't offer breakfast and you need a car to go around, as there are no shops or restaurants nearby - except one restaurant that doesn't seem to be great.

Mixed feelings about this place. Room was good, but obviously not offering any breakfast option is a drawback. The access to the beaches is good, but it is dirty. They could clean it once a week, given it’s used exclusively by clients. Slightly pricey for what it actually was.

le camere sono un pò antiquate ma sono pulite e bene tenute. Il posto è comodissimo a tre belle spiagge ed una bella piscina. Il personale è disponibile e, all'interno della struttura, è possibile parcheggiare l'auto.

Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Anche la posizione topografica è comoda a circa 200 metri dalle spiagge di capriccioli, raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Le stanze necessitano di un rinnovamento anche se pulite. Necessario anche un bar all'interno del residence. Magari con un investimento non altissimo si potrebbe fare di più

Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohneinheiten an sich wirken etwas älter und einfach, haben dadurch aber einen ganz eigenen Charme. Am Wochenende hört man die Musik von der benachbarten Beachbar bis ca. 23 Uhr. Wenn man sie mag, kann das eine nette Hintergrundmusik sein. Toller Startpunkt für weitere Ausflüge. Der tollste Strand / Bucht der Costa Smeralda ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Der Pool war für die Kinder meist das Tageshighlight, obwohl so viel tolle Strände direkt an der Unterkunft liegen.
Abwicklung der Buchung und Bezahlung war problemlos.

Ottima location molto curata anche la parte esterna e la piscina. Staff gentilissimo e spiagge bellissime a pochi metri dalla residenza

Great location, facilities are perfect especially when traveling with your family. Pool is amazing and so is the distance to the beach. Staff is very friendly and always helpful.

La struttura è meravigliosa con una posizione incantevole vicina a spiagge mozzafiato. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato a chi ama stare in mezzo alla natura.
