Tiene muchas cosas que mejorar, pero en general, bien. El personal muy majo, la distancia a la playa no es mucha y la comida aceptable. Está muy orientado al turista extranjero y a sus horarios.

Calidad precio bien las mejores personas Beatriz la animadora y Alejandro un cocinero q desprende alegría da gusto lo único q no me gustó es q cobren por las toallas de la piscina estuve 10 días y me cobraron 40 euros por 4 toallas deberían estar incluidas

Ich habe nicht so ein angenehmes Hotel erwartet. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein und einfach, aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Allerdings fehlt uns ein Kühlschrank im Raum. Das Essen und der Service sind phantastisch, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Wir sind zur Zeit noch im Hotel, werden auch später noch einmal Urlaub dort machen.

Good sized resort and pool.
Good activities for children.
Food would have needed to be better in terms of variety and variation especially when spending more than a weekend there.

Liked the hotel a lot. The tower layout isn’t the best as noises can be heard from all floors and at night it is a bit disturbing. Food was more or less the same every day with some variety, but ok. Pool chair reservations are forbidden but not enforced. Personnel were really nice.

All in all I do recommend!

Hotel rooms seem a bit outdated even when they should have been renovated?

Ett större hotellkomplex vilket innefattar många människor på en och samma plats. Jag uppskattade att det fanns skuggplatser, barnpoolen hade ett eget område. Det är en kortare bit till stranden, vi gick varje gång med tonårsbarn och det funkar fint. Ett supermarket nära.

Busy, bustling, noisy hotel. Rooms are very dated. Food is plentiful and reasonable and often have special dining events, loved the whippy ice-cream at dinner. The outdoor bar/entertainment area is not large enough for the amount of residents but the bar staff work hard to serve everyone. The pool is large but many areas in shade at various times of day and the sunbeds are crowded in long lines. Kids play area and pool are good. A reasonable 10-15 min walk to the beach, sadly the surrounding area is quite rundown, many shopping centres and bars closed down.

My vacation took a turn after a bad experience with this hotel. Ended up switching hotels after one night during Easter holidays. The Servatur Waikiki has a large capacity for guests but fails to deliver on a few key aspects. I got booked in building D at the 5th floor and the first impression was good, until I realized I was sharing the room with bugs of various kinds. The shower was not working properly with a defect shower head and the cleaning staff had left hair on most surfaces. The breakfast buffet was not even close to expected. Food was undercooked, seating capacity too low, noisy atmosphere and impatient staff. I would expect more from a 4-star hotel in this city.

Fantastic hotel,food was great, staff were allways helpful and friendly. Word of warning if you book a ground floor suite with garden, some of them dont have lot of privacy from the paths around, or like ours in frint of the gym. But that doesn't take awY from the fact we had a great week. Also a word of praise for the entertainment staff, they never stopped and got as many people as involved as possible.

We decided to book a night away to celebrate our anniversary. Having mentioned this when booking, the hotel put a bottle of wine and two glasses in our room for our arrival - what a lovely surprise! Our experience was fantastic. The hotel, the location, the staff, the facilities, the room, the food... everything...was superb and exceeded our expectations. We had a lovely time and made some happy memories. The only thing left to do now is to rebook again soon. Highly recommended.

Personal sehr freundlich.
Essen abwechslungsreich und reichlich Auswahl.
Landschaft sehr schön- wir hatten einen Mietwagen und sind die ganze Insel abgefahren.
Zimmer- Betten Minuspunkt wegen den Rädern- konnten nicht fixiert werden.
Zimmer sauber.
Pool- Liegen sehr eng beieinander.
Lage- ca 15 Minuten zum Meer.
Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel für Familien mit Kinder

Hieno kokonaisuus. Alue on pieni, helppo löytää kaikki toiminnot.
Ruoka hyvää ja monipuolista. Jälkiruuat todella hyviä. 4 kertaa päivässä saa ruokaa kun käyttää altaan lähellä olevaa pienempää ruokapaikkaa, auki 12-17:30.
Baari henkilökunta nopea, vaikka on jonoja saa juomia nopeasti.
Viihdetiimi ammattitaitoinen ja hauska. Kaikki henkilökunta oli ihan täydellistä. Siivoojista johtajiin kaikki iloisia ja tervehtivät.
Toimintaa riittää, ammuntaa, venyttelyä, allasjumppa, monenlaisia pelejä, bingo ym. Illalla live musiikkia tai show, pääsee tanssimaan salsa, bachata ym. Karaoke alakerrassa lähes joka päivä, sen jälkeen disco.
Pientä miinusta. Kuntosali on todella vaatimaton, lentopalloa ei ollut koska sitä ei ole ohjelmassa, kaatosateella vesi tuli huoneeseen koska rakennuksissa ei ole kattoa keskellä.
Lähes täydellinen loma. Tekemistä riitti, ruoka ja juomat maittoi, 2 viikkoa kului nopeasti.

Best thing about the room was the pillow... The tv in my car was bigger than that in the room and it was a basic room and had to go ask for the items listed on their website as they did not put anything extra in the room e.g robes or hot drinks or water
