Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage auf den ersten Blick. Beim zweiten sieht man schon, dass doch einiges renovierungsbedürftig ist. Trotzdem war alles sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Bei der Buchung konnten wir nicht wählen, ob wir ein Zimmer mit oder ohne Meerblick möchten. Als wir im Hotel ankamen, wurden wir gleich gefragt, ob wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick für 70 € zusätzlich die Woche haben wollen. Das fand ich nicht so gut.

Definitely not a 3-star hotel.
Good if you want to chill with a lot of retired people but beware: sunbeds are reserved by some at 7 o'clock sharp with their towel while they are sleeping or having breakfast and most fellow tourists are extremely rude. If you want to go out one night goid luck: better take a hotel in Maspalomas.
Breakfast: mostly tasteless, always the same. Beware if you leave your table for more than 1 minute to get a cup of coffee: the waiter will probably have removed the food still on your plate and someone might already have taken over. NEVET experienced this in 30+ years of travel ... anywhere ! At 10:29 sharp everything on the buffet is removed.
Dinner: cfg. breakfast
