Nice hotel

Hallo schönen guten morgen ich war für zwei woche nach lange zeit wieder im dem hotel habe mich sehr erschrocken wie nativ ist alles . Der Service grosse Katastrophe unfreundlich, und muss mach schon wo anders essen gehen weil wird man vom ein arbeite doof angemacht nie wieder

An oasis near the dunes

Hotel bien placé à deux pas des fameuses et magnifiques dunes. Les piscines sont superbes surtout celles du spa chauffées au milieu de grand palmiers et leurs perruches vertes. Chambres bien agencées mais sdb un peu petite. Grande télévision mais 2 chaînes en français. Les buffets sont excellents et trs bien garnis. Privilégier le buffet espagnol avec ces homards grillés et paellas. Pâta negra et buffets de desserts excellents.

Upea hiekkaranta ja matala ranta uida Atlantin valtameressä. Paljon ihmisiä, mutta rannalla pituutta viisi kilometriä, joten tilaa riittää.

Lovely hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. We we return next year. Food was delicious.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel . Service und Betreuung hervorragend. Sehr gut die Abwechslung beim Essen zwischen Menü und Barbecue. Persönlich präferieren wir Menü. Speisen immer sehr warm im Gegensatz zu Barbecue wo teilweise frisch gegrilltes Fleisch nur lauwarm war. Mosern auf hohem Niveau aber dennoch verbesserungswürdig.
Absolutes top sind die Gartenanlage und die beheizten Pools. Vielleicht könnte der Hauptpool noch 2 Grad wärmer sein ?
Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Jahr. Wir haben wieder vom 17.1-31.1.2025 gebucht und hoffen wieder ein schönes Superior Zimmer mit Blick zum Hauptpool und Garten zu erhalten.

So stellt man sich pure Erholung und wunderschönen Urlaub vor.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen sehr vielfältig und sehr gut , musikalische Umrahmung sehr vielseitig. .....Alles in einem wunderbar !

Regarding service, food and location probably one of the best hotels in Spain. The entire team was again always dedicated to make our holiday relaxing and fantastic. I can’t thank enough all the waiters helping us all day.

The rooms are very clean, well maintained and convenient even when they are not on par with other 5 star hotels that we have experienced (relatively small, partially with bathtub only). But the view to the dunes, that we like so much, is exceptional and we always got woken up by the rising sun…loved it!

The food is just exceptional! Big breakfast buffet in the morning and I don’t miss anything. Some frequenter told me that is was even better years ago but I don’t miss anything now and even would not know what to add (maybe Ginger shots, but that’s a personal preference). In the evening there is three times a week a buffet and the other times you eat à la carte with 3 courses and a dessert/cheese buffet. We prefer the à la carte (no crowds walking around, fantastic choices, good quality) but for most guests the buffet is the highlight.

In the bar we have experienced some “shrinkflation” as they are using jiggers to measure the liquor now while maintaining the prices. I appreciate that all hotels have to fight higher cost and need to maintain margins but the current practice seems to be exaggerated (I probably drank the smallest Brandy you can get in Spain for 18Euro here). It would have been better to just raise prices by 20% instead of aiming at probably tripling the gross margin.
The “entertainment” in the Bar is still of mixed quality. Some acts are so meaningless and muted that it would be better to have a DJ play some chill out tunes (would probably improve margins as well ????). A guy playing an e-piano and a woman partially singing/partially awkwardly moving her body is a typical example.

New Year’s Eve was perfect…fantastic dinner followed by the best Latin band ever. A lot of dancing and partying!

Overall a fantastic week!

This hotel is highly recommended.

I advised that me and my partner were Vegan and they were very accomodating, I even received a vegan cake and bottle of champagne on my Birthday which was a nice suprise.

The place is very well kept and extremely clean.

The staff polite, friendly and very helpful with a smile on their faces.

The pools , gym and spa areas are the excellent.

Definitely what a 5 star hotel should be and we will be coming back in future.

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms were well designed, with everything you needed and very clean. We were made to feel very welcome, and we loved the little touches such as the surprise birthday treat they left for my daughter. The food was good; we particularly enjoyed the BBQ nights. Overall it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit wundervollen Meerblick und sehr guter Küche.

Ja, bin begeistert. Dieses Hotel liegt ideal direkt am Strand von Maspalomas . Schönes Ambiente ruhig gelegen schöne Anlage , Pool, Sport Möglichkeit im Garten. Wir hatten eine Kleinigkeit gegessen und getrunken. Service perfekt. Alles in allem zu empfehlen. ????Unser nächster Urlaub auf Gran Canaria wird , in diesem Hotel sein ????????????

Ein tolles Hotel einfach klasse ????ich komme hier sehr gerne weil es mir hier einfach alles gefällt ???? .Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich,das Essen ist so perfekt vorbereitet dass es nichts fehlt ,es gibt kein Platz für Kritik und egal wo Ich bin fühle mich sehr wohl am Pool an der Bar draußen ist genug Platz ???? für alle und die Liegen sind komfortabel .aber was mir am besten gefällt ist das Lächeln des Personals.????
