Wir haben schon den nächsten Aufenthalt im Mai 2024 gebucht und freuen uns mega wieder auf die sonnige Dachterrasse die Cocktails und die Gastfreundschaft in diesem Hotel!
100% Weiterempfehlung an all diejenigen die einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub genießen möchten. Wir hatten All Inklusive und es hat an nichts gefehlt...

Cm resulting in a strong draft and light coming in. We were promised that the room will be changed next day and when we came to reception the staff said they never promised it and that we need to pay 30 EUR for the swap. The reception manager also didn’t believe us and spoke to us sarcastically and in a disrespectful manner. It didn’t even matter that we had already paid for the more expensive Privilege package. Another issue with the first room was that there were small insects on the coffee maker table which we didn’t have in the second one that we paid to move to. We will definitely never return to this hotel again.
