Great location by the water, bakeries and small attractions such as the lighthouse and cathedral. Independent restaurant located inside was good. The room was clean but very humid. We couldn't figure out if the heater also blew out cold air so we just shut it off. We couldn't figure out how to work the TV which had 2 remotes. Seemed dimly lit. The woman at the front desk was very helpful.

We stayed here on August 8th , 2023. The check in was excellent. Very professional and efficient team people. We made a restaurant reservation for 19:00 hrs. We were seated at approximately 19:05. We ordered our appetizers and main courses plus wines. We had our appetizers very promptly. The very best French onion soup I have had. The red wine was exquisite. We waited for two and a half hours for our dinners, we NEVER got them. Oh wait another Five minutes. Nothing. I can only assume that it was because we didn’t speak French. EVERYONE that hat came in with us and after us spoke French and was served immediately. It is a nice hotel but I feel that there was a definite problem with the language I spoke. I made an effort to speak French but to no avail. Poor customer service.

Air-conditioning not working , attached restaurant overpriced and food was undercooked , staff were miserable, will not be back and do not recommend

Très bon service, notre chambre manquait de ventilation et il nous en ont fourni un sur demande. En général je suggèrerais une lampe ventilateur qui aiderait à ventiler l’appartement qui est un peu trop fermé. Le café est fourni seulement à la réception. Nous avions besoin d’une prise pour convertir le courant et ils nous ont fourni une prise. Dans l’ensemble nous sommes très satisfait de notre émergement à l’hôtel Robert .
