Très mauvaise expérience avec cette compagnie, incapable d’avoir la ligne avec leur service à la clientèle et le remboursement n’est pas possible

Terrible company, do not use

The shuttle was 25min late, had not follow up so i was worring but, at least they answer the phone and speak english. Reliable and recommendable.
I’m sure it’s hard to run a business like this but that’s your job (whoever runs the WhatsApp account). Also the website isn’t correct - they don’t run the afternoon shuttles, you enquire about it and then they try to reel you in to paying private as ‘not enough people want to take the afternoon shuttle’.
Next time I’ll be using Transporzuma.
