NAMMBU BEACHFRONT BUNGALOWS

El lloc té unes vistes espectaculars de Playa Carrillo i les habitacions i els banys son molt grans. És un lloc que podria ser impressionant si no fora per tants detalls que se'ls passa per alt:
No hi ha mosquiteres a les portes de les terrasses de l'habiatació.
No hi ha armari ni penjarobes.
L'únic ganxo de tovallola del bany estaba trencat.
Quan vaig arribar l'habitació estaba molt bruta: terra, armaris bany, sofà, butaca. Vaig haver d'avisar que vinguessin a escombrar i treure la pols.
No hi ha ampolla d'aigua de cortesia a l'habitació.
No hi ha res a la nevereta de detall.
L'hotel té una carretera al davant i és una mica molest de tant en tant.
Vaig demanar servei de bugaderia i em van tenyir tota la roba. A més, em van lliurar la roba com si no hagués passat res.
L'esmorzar no té una bona relació qualitat/preu. És molt car pel buffet que ofereixen.
Entre d'altres coses.

Per dir quelcom de bo, remarco l'amabilitat de part del personal del restaurant.
A pesar de la preciosa platja i l'amplitud de les habitacions, no repetiré.

Pasamos parte de semana santa y superó las espectativas que traíamos pues era la primera vez y no indagamos previamente como era.
Nos permitió un espacio para descansar de verdad, nos sentimos renovados de cuerpo y espíritu.
El único detalle, que no es directamente del hotel, es que pasaron por la cercanía carros con grandes amplificadores y música estridente, por suerte no más de 10 minutos.

Restauration en buffet ou à la carte, pas copieux et les desserts sont ridicules
Bar avec happy hour devant la piscine et un grand choix de boissons mais les jus de fruit ce sont des sirops avec de la glace pilées, pour le prix c'est exagéré et ne font pas partie du happy hour de même que les moritos

Muy bien

We stopped at the restaurant to eat lunch in a group of 15. The view is spectacular. That is the only good thing about the restaurant. We got our appetizers on time and how we ordered them.

Then everything went down hill. We had to return 7 plates back to the kitchen because the meat and the chicken were completely raw. Another plate had a piece of plastic wrapping in the dish luckily it wasn’t swallowed. Another plate had some hair and eyelashes in it.

The last 3 plates came out 15 minutes after the majority of the group had finished eating. We felt bad for the waiter since it wasn’t his fault and he had to deal with angry patrons.

All of this happened at lunch with hardly anyone at the restaurant. To make matters worse we spoke with the general manger and he had a bad attitude as is if this they had done nothing wrong.

If you eat at the restaurant check your food for plastic wrappings and how well the meat is cooked. Having eaten all over Costa Rica this is the worst restaurant experience for us.
