I loved my stay at Casita Luna! The room was very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious (we loved the coffee here!) Speaking of breakfast, you get to eat delicious fruit and ingredients grown on the farm while enjoying a show of birds and squirrels on the veranda. Nana (the manager) is a saint -- I wish Casitas Tenorio all the success they deserve (while also hoping this best kept secret in in the Alajuela Province stays close to people who want to keep it charming!)

Beautiful property surrounded by nature and good vibes. In close proximity to Rio Celeste/Tenorio National Park, this is a great spot to stay for a couple nights on your trip in Costa Rica. Saw a sloth and many many monkeys on the property

+ Nana and Michelle were incredibly friendly and always there to answer questions
+ La Luna was perfect for us as a couple - cosy and romantic
+ Comfy bed
+ Lovely patio/decking area
+ Spacious and clean bathroom
+ Lovely small trail with bird-watching point on site
+ Good range of breakfast using ingredients from the farm
+ Amazing focus on sustainability
+ Two gorgeous dogs on-site, who loved attention

Points on general location:
○ Not many good restaurants in the area (The Hummingbird Café was great, however)
○ If you are wary of dogs, many roam locally and will bark and chase you away from their property
+ Close to some great hikes and wildlife tours
