This place was amazing! Only thing is theirs no blinds so you wake up with the sun. Nonetheless I 100% recommend this beautiful cabin:)

We spent a week in with our friends in Miguasha in one of their [thuya] cabins during early June.
Positives:
1 - with the cabin, you really feel like you are in some kind of a fairy forest and sleeping among the trees
2 - the design of the place is extremely intentional: from touch less check in/out processes to minimal intrusion, it is a bubble of relaxation
3 - the wood burning stove keeps the cabin very cozy (bring wood or buy on site, we brought)
4 - the cliff side sunset views above the bay and beach are hard to beat
Negatives:
1 - the design of embedding the cabins in the forest means no plumbing. Get used to walking to the shower block (to be fair, this isn’t really a problem — shower is hot and shower rooms were always spotless) and to the main room for dishwashing (running water makes dishwashing much easier than from the 3-gallon cooler in the cabin that you have to refill).
2 - it’s about 15mn to Carleton for coffee / food options. But if you bring / plan the need to run to town is minimized (grind your coffee for a French press).
3 - the Gaspé can be stuck in cloud and rain for a week at a time!
Overall, we were able to “work remotely” comfortably from the cabin, binge Netflix at night, build toasty fires, cook our own food without problems, and definitely R-E-L-A-X.

Nous avons séjourné chez ÈST eco-cabine en tant que personne retraitée j’étais accompagné de ma mère de 86 ans et de mon amie de 74 ans. Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire dans une cabine ublo. Nous avons également utilisé la station thermale qui est offerte en location exclusive et c’est absolument extraordinaire de ne pas la partager avec personne. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.
