From the moment my family and I arrived we were treated so incredibly kind by Rowan, the Guest Relations manager. Consistently throughout our stay we treated well and we’d love to come back and stay longer.

Unbelievable beautiful lobby, restaurant etc.! Perfect service! Rooms nothing special but all together still perfect!

I had an exceptional stay at Mövenpick Petra! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and impeccable service. The hotel’s location, nestled right next to the breathtaking Petra archaeological site, made exploring the wonders of Petra incredibly convenient.

The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The attention to detail in the room design and amenities truly enhanced my experience.

What truly set Mövenpick Petra apart was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, particularly Mr. Bashar Khlifat. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests’ comfort ensured that every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. His personalized assistance made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my time at the hotel.

Upgraded at no extra charge to a suite. Location best in Petra if you only want to see the old city, entrance being just opposite the hotel. Breakfast, service, room all of good 4-star quality. Not outstanding in any of these categories but good upper-level standard. Most noticeable downside are the the bed cushions and the super hard matttresses, but again very typical for most hotels in that price range.

Ho prenotato per la sede con vista e mi sono ritrovato in tutt’altro edificio. Volevano farmi pagare un extra per aver omesso una persona in più nella prenotazione, quando nella realtà nella codesta prenotazione la persona in più era già stata calcolata. Aspetto ancora dopo una settimana il rimborso della cauzione! Cuscini scomodi e doccia che si allaga!
Ho cenato al ristorante dell’hotel e ho pagato la bellezza di 70 jod nonchè 92 euro un club di sandiwich, un piatto di pollo con verdure e una cheesecake.
