这是一个令人陶醉的地方!至少有111栋别墅:30栋在花园边(88平方米),63栋在海洋边,稍微大一点(98平方米),其中6栋有游泳池,还有17栋亭子(185平方米),有花园、游泳池和供按摩或吃饭的小桌。至于总统套房,肯定是......皇室的,有1 125平方米!在四楼,有不少于7家餐厅和酒吧,其中有一家日本餐厅,一家在海滩上的餐厅,有精美的烤肉,还有一家Dauban家族的Grande Case阳台上的桌子。

Negatives:
The location was perfect for me and my Wife however we were so disappointed with the Hilton as a brand. Where do we start. From the moment we arrived we were never felt like we were welcome. The staff and customer service was very disconnected, one of the worse customer service experiences of our lives. From every day service in the restaurants to any customer interaction by staff whatsoever. For a super expensive holiday which took 3 years to save for to have felt like we wasn’t welcome was horrible. Staff uninterested, on their phones while serving guests, talking about and laughing when errors were made, every single bill was wrong, as if my suspicion of getting more tips added to likely compensate for a poor wage. On one occasion we had to get the bill amended 3 times. Charging for included items such as water which was terrible and then made to feel like it was our fault, being tutted at for making a decision from the lunch menu. We chose full board as we thought that would be the best experience. We were wrong, terrible rude, unacceptable behaviour from 90% of staff. On 1 occasion we had hairs in our food, and we made a massive complaint to the assistant manager Estelle which we then told about everything. She listened and was responsive, we then saw some improvement but this was likely too late and felt then very forced as the same staff members we was experiencing beforehand just wasn’t interested. Baring one lovely lady Dian who was serving in the breakfast restaurant I would say the rest are there to con as much money out of customers as possible from adding items to bills, to the hotel charging absolutely crazy prices for food and drink not included on the full board plan. The food was bland, the restaurants were average at best and the service was horrible. I would absolutely never recommend the “Hilcon” as it should be renamed to anyone. The location and wildlife was absolutely wonderful and should another hotel take over we would not come back sadly. What a massive let down this was in such a far away amazing destination. Sadly, Hilton is not doing this beautiful location justice and as a brand this is a massive let down. Even on the last day the service went down hill, no communication, no care and understanding. Hilton, what a disappointment.
Positives:
We would recommend the deluxe pool beach villa as this was very nice and very quiet at the end where the big boulders are located. The beach is amazing and the wildlife breathtaking from many species of crabs to huge fruit bats. 406 was our room, only 9 of these along the shore and you won’t regret this.

Restaurant is not bad, it is not enough for 4 star resort. Extra drinks are more expensive than in all parts of Europe.

The location is magic ... simple ... paradise. Its soo peaceful, no roads, no cars, just few turists and the staff around.

Aber das honey moon Paket NICHT buchen! Meine Eltern haben es extra für uns gebucht und gut gemeint, aber der Preis ist völlig überzogen für ne Flasche Prosecco, nen Kuchen und nen Obstteller. Dann haben sie uns noch ne Wanne eingelassen mit Blumen, was vom Personal sehr schön gemacht worden ist und es war ein „romantisches Dinner“ am Strand versprochen. Jedoch hieß es plötzlich, dass es nur seafood geben würde. Das wusste niemand und mein Mann isst leider kein Seafood. Die Alternative der Managerin war, dass wir vom Sakura Restaurant (wo das Essen eh inklusive ist, zum Strand gebracht werden kann) wow und letztlich haben wir auch kein 3 Gängemenü bekommen wie besprochen. Sondern ein Steak und 4 Shrimps und als Dessert schlechten Schokokuchen und harte Melone. Also bitte nicht buchen für den Preis von 500€!!!!!!! Völlig überzogen, keine Leistung dahinter. Aber eben Angestellte sind super, aber von oben müsste einiges geändert werden
