Beautiful place with a mesmerizing view, spacious and extremely clean rooms, everything is available in the kitchen. We required a blender for our infant with just 2 tooth and they provided that on request. The drive to the location is very beautiful. Worth the price of this stay!

One line to describe Therese's place"The place with the best views in all of praslin".This can compete head on with the uber expensive resorts. The views of anse lazio and the bay beyond are absolutely fabulous. Clean and spacious living room, bed room, dressing room and well equipped kitchen, with a large grill. We spent two memorable days here, simply the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in.
Only thing to remember is that the place is a bit far from the main areas and you definitely need a car to commute. Roads are good now.

2ème séjour à Terrasse Sur Lazio et quel endroit !!! Quand on se rend aux Seychelles c'est pour trouver du calme et là que dire si ce n'est fabuleux. une vue à couper le souffle avec l'Océan Indien à perte de vue. Un accueil des plus chaleureux grâce à Odin et Thérese mais aussi la femme de ménage très souriante. Le prix est des plus correct avec des repas 5 étoiles. Nous venons d'y penser 6 nuits et nous reviendrions encore l'année prochaine. Merci pour tout. Dernier détail pour s'y rendre Bus / Taxi ou on peut marcher aussi en vacances...

Lugar perfeito. O acesso não é fácil, só me hospedaria se estivesse de carro! Vista linda, apartamentos limpos, móveis novinhos e cama e lençóis deliciosos! O atendimento também foi muito bom. Odin é super atencioso. Eles tem opção de café da manhã e jantar a parte, o que é uma ótima saída ja que a ilha não tem muitos restaurantes! O local fica a 10/15min a pé da Anse Lazio, precisa fazer uma pequena trilha. Tambem é proximo da Anse Georgette, a praia mais linda da ilha na minha opinião! A localização não é precisa no Google Maps, façam contato antes pra passarem a direção (fica próximo ao aeroporto de Praslin). Recomendo aqui se você gosta de tranquilidade!

1) definitely need a small rental car to get to this place and for going places (beaches or anywhere for that matter).
2) do NOT follow google maps directions: Instead google map to Constance Limuria and before you get to Constance Limuria, take steep road up on the right, keep going straight, pass two bus stops, keep going (no worries) and you will see it on your left. Luckily owner gave us driving direction on the spot.
3) relatively new accommodations with superb view and responsive helper Odin.
