This place exceeded my expectations. I stayed in on of the villa with my husband and kids. I was really impressed by the quality of the services and the food.

This is one of the most beautiful, chic and stylish properties in the Seychelles. Every corner has a lot of detail and the hotel makes you feel very comfortable.
The staff - especially at reception and the Spa - are so friendly and attentive!
The 2 pools are so beautiful and the atmosphere is so idyllic and relaxing!
I can only recommend to stay at least a couple of days here.
There is no beach close by, but the pools and proximity to Eden Island make it a very unique and worthwhile stay ????

I was very happy to be able to book a daily pass. After Qatar Airways brought my flight forward by 6 hours, I had to leave La Digue at 7.30 in the morning with the Catcocos. That's why I took the opportunity from the hotel to bridge the day with a Daily Pass. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the pool is unique. It was funny that I was the only guest there all day long. So I had a great hotel with a huge pool all to myself. I really enjoyed it!!! I ate there too. Admittedly it wasn't cheap but it's also a wonderful hotel and the staff there were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the rooms since I only had a daily pass.

We spent the last night of our trip in the Seychelles. It is a little gem of a hotel. Decor is incredible!

At the beginning of my booking, I was having issues with the online app in which I had purchased my stay at this hotel resort and spa. The absolute best employee that I met who helped me with this issue Hifa was amazing and very informative and willing to go above and beyond to help me settle my issue regarding my booking. Upon arriving to the resort, I was greeted by Peggy a very wonderful manager who is able to answer all my questions, as well as other employees of the hotel Thomas and the four very nice ladies that worked at the concierge desk. The entire staff of the hotel was very nice and respectful, and even surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake in my room. The spa was absolutely relaxing and the amenities of the resort are up-to-date. I will return as soon as I can, and will recommend this hotel.

Een zeer leuk hotel met een huiselijke en rustige sfeer. Ideale plek om de batterijen op te laden. Prachtig uitzicht over de jachthaven. Indrukwekkende wellness, heel lekker eten, attent personeel, ligstoelen, zwembad, bar,.. allemaal van zeer hoge kwaliteit.

A very nice hotel with a homely and quiet atmosphere. Ideal place to recharge the batteries. Beautiful view over the marina. Impressive wellness, very good food, attentive staff, sun loungers, swimming pool, bar, .. all of very high quality.

The hotel is nice and clean. Wellness is very good and private. But you have to book in advance every day and you can stay there for a maximum one hour. There is no manager at the hotel. He is a ghost.There was a problem with the lighting in the bathroom for three days. Last day it didn't even work. Fortunately, my wife likes to do her makeup in the dark. :)))))))))))

This was the best way to end our holiday! We had about 8 hours between arriving in Mahe from la Digue and our return flight in the evening so after contacting the hotel we organised to spend the day here. The outdoor area by the pool was really beautiful, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome (a special thank you to Eileen for organising everything for us!) and the food was definitely the best we’d eaten on the Seychelles. Couldn’t recommend l’Escale enough!

We attended their new year party.
Food was good, service was exceptionally bad; think of it as a self service :)
Live music was local, nobody danced or enjoyed.
The new year party turned out to an extremely expensive dinner with terrible service, bad music and no party atmosphere.
I advise you to stay away from this poorly managed place.

Truly an amazing hotel!
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon last September and we had the best time. Everything was perfect... the breakfast food, the staff, the restaurant recommandations, the concierge services (Kelly !!), the SPA and the overall ambiance.
We would go back there without the slightest hesitation.

Wir haben dieses Hotel für unsere letzte Nacht unseres Seychellenurlaubes gewählt und waren begeistert. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Hotel, gerade einmal ein Jahr alt, wirklich wunderschön. Wir durften nach dem auschecken noch den Poolbereich und andere Annehmlichkeiten nutzen. Selbst als wir am Vortag gegen 18 Uhr ankamen, wurde uns noch schnell der private Sauna und Spa-bereich eingerichtet, sodass wir bereits kurz nach einchecken relaxen konnten. Der perfekte Ausklang nach einem langen Tag. Beim auschecken am nächsten morgen wurde uns sogar noch Angeboten, das Zimmer kostenfrei länger zu nutzen, da dieses nicht unmittelbar gebraucht wurde. Ein super nettes Angebot. Jetzt liege ich gerade mit einem kalten Getränk am Pool, genieße die Sonne bis zur Abholung. Frisch machen können wir uns in einem Duschbereich unmittelbar am Pool. So starten wir maximal erholt Richtung Flughafen. Hätte ich dieses Hotel eher entdeckt, wären meine Frau und ich wohl noch ein paar Tage mehr hier abgestiegen. Das Essen war übrigens auch ausgezeichnet. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Gruß

Stayed here for 9 nights with my partner in November 2022. It really is sensational.

The hotel itself is brand new, the rooms are great, the staff are the best I've ever come across in Seychelles, it's not too busy, the food and drinks were great and the location was super convenient for us.

I could write an entire paragraph about the quality of the breakfast. It's rare for a chef to be able to make basic dishes in such a tasty way. You can get eggs anywhere for example, but it is quite rare to get eggs cooked in such a way that they're an exciting prospect. This was true of more or less every dish. Also, the breakfast menu is significant, so there are tons of options available, and even the fruit is just the right level of ripeness to be as tasty as the cooked options.

During our stay we took the opportunity to visit some of the other hotels/resorts we had considered staying in for lunch/dinner, and while some of them had a lot to offer, we left each one feeling very sure we had made the right choice by staying in L'Escale. It was just the most complete package of all of them, and I have no doubt this hotel will be impossible to get a room in in the future once it gets some more traction.

The only (and I'm really nit-picking here) things that could be improved are the soundproofing between the room (mine had a door to the room next door which was too thin), and the fact that there was a sanctioned russian oligarch's yacht spoiling the view for entire stay. The boat was so big it actually really got in the way, and that's aside from it's presence being problematic in itself.

I'd highly recommend. Keep up the good work.

Wir haben für unseren Abreisetag einen 'day pass' für den Zugang zum Hotel gebucht. Obwohl er day pass heißt sind nur 6h inkludiert. In der Mail hieß es, man dürfe zusätzlich zum Pool 'all other hotel facilities' nutzen. Da es an unserem Aufenthaltstag geregnet hat, wollten wir gerne das Gym nutzen, dies musste erst telefonisch abgeklärt werden, wurde dann aber gestattet. Anders beim Spa, welches laut Aussage der Rezeption einen Indoorpool, Sauna, Whirlpool usw. beherbergt. Dort durften wir, trotz, Regen, nichts nutzen, es sei denn, wir hätten eine Anwendung gebucht. Für den Preis des Day Passes und der voherigen Zusage, das gesamte Hotel nutzen zu dürfen, nicht akzeptabel.
Wir wurden im Outdoorbereich sitzen gelassen, der nur eine kleine Überdachte Bar bot und ansonsten alles nass war auf Grund des Wetters. Niemand hat sich zuständig gefühlt uns eine Alternative anzubieten. Jegliche Kommunikation kam von unserer Seite aus.
Positiv ist das Personal an der Bar zu erwähnen, welches sehr nett war und wo wir ein spätes Lunch bekommen konnten.
Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön angelegt und modern eingerichtet.

This hotel is wonderful. The Winch Design interior was absolutely stunning. So many amazing details that there are too many to mention. It really does feel like a luxury hotel at every turn.
The staff are absolutely delightful. Friendly and kind and really have our stay a personal feel missing from larger hotels.
The food was excellent and the location was great for getting to Victoria or elsewhere on Mahe.
It is a perfect start to a trip around the islands and also the perfect place to end your trip. We spent 3 nights there when we arrived and then hopped about and spent our final 4 nights there. We’ll be back!

I really enjoyed my stay in in this hotel, and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for where to spend their holidays in seychelles. The rooms are so beautiful. And the breakfast was so amazing. I really had fun starting there it’s really has quiet and beautiful environment plus the view???? even the staffs are soo friendly and they made us enjoy our staying there. in fact everything about this hotel is a 100/100 will definitely come back ❤️❤️

The service is exquisite. We were there for an afternoon, as we needed to leave our hotel até Felicite island early in the morning and our flight from Mahe didn’t leave until late at night. The staff was very helpful, the premises are beautiful and the food very good. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed one night at the hotel. At first glance, everything looks fine - clean, new, well designed. And that's really true, but then a lot of small things started to come up that together ruin the experience: weak current in the shower, the air conditioner in the gym didn't work, the jacuzzi didn't work, and the staff's attitude and service wasn't very kind. Worth mentioning, that the hotel manager asked us about the staying and did an effort to keep us satisfied when we shared our impressions from the hotel.

Wir waren im September 2022 für 3 Nächte dort. Es ist ein neu eröffnetes Designerhotel, freundliches Personal, sauber und ruhige Lage. Es gibt viele Spa-Möglichkeiten und einen schönen Pool. Eher negativ empfanden wir dass es nur à la carte zu essen gab (kein Frühstückbuffet), das Essen ist sehr teuer und für die 3 Tage gab es insgesamt nur 4 Kaffeekapseln im Zimmer. Als diese aufgebraucht waren konnte man sie für viel Geld kaufen. Bei der führen Abreise (wegen dem Flug), teilte man uns mit, dass man uns einen Kaffee und etwas kleines zum Frühstück bereitstellen würde. Jedoch war keine einzige Person bei unserer Abreise da. Man hat uns einfach vergessen. Am Freitagabend gab es Musik in der Bar und dort waren die Bässe übersteuert und es dröhnte bis in die Zimmer. Um 22:00 Uhr ging ich mal runter und sah, dass sich niemand in der Bar befand und einfach ein Tonband lief. Als ich den Manager darauf aufmerksam machte, wurde die Musik etwas leiser gestellt.
