Great hotel. Although it is a big hotel, it is not crowded and noisy.
Great stuff and service approach

Constance Ephelia impressively marries stunning blue waters and vast, modern spaces within its remarkable property. While the ample, sleek rooms present undeniable luxury, it’s the culinary adventures that truly stand out, offering a spectrum of phenomenal flavors that delight and surprise. The presence of a dedicated wine cellar and the expertise of adept sommeliers notably enhance the gourmet experience, affirming Constance Ephelia as a memorable destination of opulence and exquisite dining. Specifically the Sales Manager Sheila Banane, was very professional and helped us feel at home!

Une delle migliori esperienze che abbia mai fatto. Esteticamente parlando, la location era veramente stupenda, la camera, le piscine e i ristoranti, tutto molto curato e ben tenuto. Per quanto riguarda la camera, al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare dei cioccolatini deliziosi e una borsa per la spiaggia, la pulizia era ottimo, dovuto principalmente al nostro “room boy”, Hadis, il quale lasciava spesso delle creazioni molto carine con gli asciugamani. Era tutto ben servito, a partire dagli asciugamani in dotazione per la spiaggia e la piscina fino ad arrivare al servizio navetta per girare il resort, essendo di grandi dimensioni.
Per quanto riguarda il cibo, c’era una grandissima selezione di diverse etnie, essendo celiaca, non avrei potuto trovarmi meglio. A colazione c’era una spazio dedicato a pietanze fresche senza glutine e a pranzo/cena era possibile chiedere consigli agli chef o ai camerieri, tutti molto preparati.
Lo staff è stato incredibilmente gentile, disponibile e molto servizievole per l’intera durata del soggiorno. Spero di poter tornare presto perché ci ho lasciato il cuore.

The hotel complex is amazing. We had a beach villa, which I highly recommend. It comes with incredible service. They arrange whatever you wish to do, make sure you are taken to and from restaurants, etc and basically make sure you have a great time. It’s like having a private butler. We tried most restaurants and all were delicious. The buffet breakfast is incredible. The selection is large and there are many made to order items. W I highly recommend lobster night at Cyann and make sure to get the wine pairings. We also did a cooking class, which was a lot of fun and very special. Ephelia is located on a great part of the island. I would definitely stay here again.
