Wunderschönes Hotel. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und als Gast wurde man sehr geschätzt. Die Zimmer sowie die ganze Anlage war in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand.
Die Strände in der Hotelanlage sind mit einer der schönsten auf der Hauptinsel Mahe.
Wir würden definitiv wieder das Hotel buchen.

Wir waren im November hier im Constance Ephelia und es war sehr schön! Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend, die Lage direkt am Meer war wundervoll. Das Personal war von Anfang bis Ende äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insbesondere Tembi an der Pforte versüßt einem jedes mal bei verlassen und zurückkommen in die Anlage den Tag. Tembi zauberte uns jeden Tag ein Lächeln auf die Lippen. Er ist einfach wunderbar!

The landscape of the hotel is amazing and the most beautiful I’ve ever experienced in terms of size, nature and facilities.
But the management of the hotel is very poor :
- biggest problem at the departure day on 12th of November at 06:00 am - 2 hours before our flight we’ve been forced to repay the 50% that we have already payed at the arrival day on 4th of November and we have even showed them the bank statement which they’ve ignored, but because their employees were unable to sort the payment paperwork out we’ve been forced to repay.
- second problem: the whole stay was a surprise for my husband’s birthday and I’ve pre-booked before a dinner, which I’ve had to rebook with a lot of hassle on the birthday date
- we’ve been charged for 5 days continuously for the children food which was marked as free for kids under 6 (our kids are 1 and 3 years old)
- the room was flooded with ants and even after bringing it to the attention the best was still there, they’ve only sprayed one middle closet, but didn’t solved true rest of 90% of the ants

ריזורט מעולה מכל הבחינות. הגענו לשבוע והיה קשה לעזוב.
שירות חדרים יוצא מן הכלל! כל בקשה קטנה נענית באופן מיידי.
חדר אוכל גדול ואסתטי עם שפע מאכלים וקינוחים. צוות המסעדה אדיב וקשוב.
ספא ברמה גבוהה, שקט ורגוע. בריכה וחוף ים נקיים עם שירות של צוות מקסים.
מקלחות מושקעות ומאובזרות. סוויטת הג׳וניור הייתה שקטה ונקייה. מיטות נוחות, חדר גדול ומרווח ופינת ישיבה מפנקת במרפסת הגדולה.
כל הצוות מקסים בלי יוצא מן הכלל.
