During my two-night stay at Constance Ephelia, I was captivated by the exceptional experience it offered. The hotel staff's unwavering friendliness and willingness to assist created an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. The rooms, not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable, provided the perfect stay. Ephelia's dining options were amazing, Adam and Eve and Seselwa became my personal favorites. The Kabana beach bar had an impressive array of delicious cocktails. The dedication of every member of the hotel staff was evident, as they worked tirelessly to ensure a remarkable experience. Constance Ephelia proved not only to be a place of comfort and luxury but a haven where each moment was carefully crafted to make our holiday not just enjoyable but truly beautiful.

Sehr sehr große weitläufige Anlage mit viel Luxus, Rundumservice und ganz tollem Essen an zwei Buchten gelegen. Insgesamt also eine eigentlich tolle Anlage für einen erholsamen Urlaub . Zimmer mit gewissem Charme und großem Balkon, leider etwas düster. Getränkepreise recht happig.
Das Verhalten von Teilen einer bestimmten Gruppe von Gästen aus R..... in den Buffetrestaurants beim Essen trübte den insgesamt guten Eindruck ungemein. Hier tut die hohe Zahl der Gäste insgesamt der Ruhe etc ebenfalls nicht gut. Etwas unappetitlich und auch die vielen Vögel die sich beim Frühstück ungeniert von den Tellern der Gäste bedienten.
Am Pool und am Südstrand war es toll und entspannend. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend . Beispiele waren zB Nanto und Dee vom Restaurant oder Aru vom Poolteam. Ebenso die Ärztin, welche wir zweimal wegen der vielen Insektenstiche (sandflies) aufsuchen mussten. Die Anlage ist eigentlich darauf ausgerichtet, hier die ganze Zeit zu verweilen und nicht zu verlassen. Wir machten aber eine private Tour mit einem Guide in die Berge und nach Victoria, was sehr lohnenswert war. Auch unternahmen wir vor Ort eine kajaktour. Diese gab es kostenlos beim Bootshaus zum ausleihen.
Unser Fazit ist insgesamt sehr positiv, würden für unsere Bedürfnisse jedoch beim nächsten Mal ein kleineres Hotel buchen.
