CONSTANCE EPHELIA ^{* * * * *}

Villaggio enorme e sicuramente in ottima, posizione sulla isola ma, all'interno x spostarsi o fai lunghe cminate o aspetti le navette frequenti in alcune fasce orarie, in altre meno oppure noleggi biciclette che devi pure pagare. il mare della baia sud in inverno e' praticamente impraticabile poiché o c'è la bassa marea quindi ci puoi passeggiare ma nn riesci a fare il bagno, o c'è alta marea dove l'acqua diventa marrone poiche i fiumi circostanti trasportano residui di granito, fogliame.... Infatti nessuno fa il bagno. La baia nord e' protetta e ha l'acqua sempre bella, azzurra ma ovviamente la spiaggia e' un carnaio. Nota, molto negativa nn si possono mettere i lettini oltre la vegetazione per prendere il sole, già che piove spesso almeno quando il tempo lo permette sarebbe positivo potersi posizionare dove uno preferisce, del resto chi viene qua in inverno oltre a girare e vedere potrebbe voler prendere anche il sole.
Non ci tornerò!

My family and I experienced an unforgettable experience with Constance Ephelia. This resort is so beautiful and a perfect place to stay in need of relaxation and fun activities as there is a variety of things to do. One member of staff made our trip even more spectacular and that was Okeke. On our first night we met Okeke through the hotels welcome drinks, she kindly introduced herself providing us with excellent service and generosity. We felt instantly welcomed by Okeke. The next day she offered to take us on a tour of the resort, by picking us up from our rooms, and talking to us about the best things to do. Okeke showed us the incredible views of Mahé and we were very lucky to have encountered her as Okeke goes above and beyond for people making our experience with the Constance Ephelia, providing amazing hospitality. Wishing her the best! As well a credit to Prabu who provided another excellent service to us.

Da premettere che siamo stati diverse volte alle Seychelles grazie ad un legame con “amici veri”che vivono qua.
Non avevamo mai soggiornato all’Ephelia perché spaventati dalla grandezza della struttura, temendo che avrebbe alterato la magia dei luoghi…ma dobbiamo ricrederci!
Grande plauso alla proprietà che ha saputo armonizzare ed integrare, il Parco Mangrovie di Port Launay e le strutture ricettive e ricreative.Ovunque noti un enorme rispetto per la natura e vegetazione locale ; ville e room che non lasciano percepire la presenza di tanti ospiti….scelta di ristoranti e Beach-Pool bar per tutte le tipologie…
Un Nature Hill(perfettamente segnalato)che ben rappresenta l’essenza dei vari parchi di Mahé, fatto di rocce , specie di piante e scorci ,passando per Ros Lepa ,con discesa sulla spiaggetta solitaria di Lans Koken
LAST BUT NOT LEAST : tutto il personale dai giardinieri, ai camerieri, ricevimento, responsabili di stanza….ti salutano ovunque, mostrandosi sempre disponibilissimi
Nella erogazione dei servizi percepisci una grande professionalità, cura e lusso, ma mai imbarazzante : sicuramente frutto di una eccellente guida dei responsabili di settore e super controllo dei manager
Noi abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere il General manager Hiru , che con il suo efficiente comportamento ci ha confermato quanto sopra anticipato
Chiudiamo con una considerazione per noi italiani che abbiamo sempre bisogno del Bel Paese ,no problem : ci pensa Sofia,bella brava e sempre operativa!!!

The best property in Mahe, with amazing fine dining restaurants and so many choices in food, the hospitality is top notch. From the security guards to the general manager, everyone made sure that we had a great stay.

I would recommend to everyone who is reading my review to go and experience top-notch luxury at the resort, which has some of the best beaches in the world.
I would also like to mention some names that made our stay splendid. nanto, Derick, Mr.Hiru, Mr. Amit.

Can’t recommend Constance Ephelia enough. The resort is beautiful and the beaches are amazing! There’s lots of variety for everyone. One person made the trip unforgettable for me and my family and that was Okeke. We met her at the welcome drinks the hotel put on, she introduced herself and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Her happiness and warm spirit instantly put a smile on our faces. We exchanged numbers with her and the next day she picked us up and took us on a tour of the resort and showed us all of the fun things we could do - her recommendations were really helpful and we really enjoyed seeing the whole resort as well as the amazing villas and views. Her service was very attentive and she went above and beyond to make our trip the best. We will definitely be returning to Constance Ephelia because of Okeke’s amazing hospitality that we will never forget. Also special mention to Sofia and Prabu who also went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and comfortable.
